Periods are natural, yet in the United States they remain shrouded in stigma and silence. Nearly 60% of women feel embarrassed, 80% of teens describe periods with negative words, and 1 in 4 students struggle to afford products, often missing school as a result.

The Me Period Documentary confronts this stigma and sparks open conversations about women’s health. Join us for a powerful showing and panel discussion as we shift the narrative, empower women and girls, and explore reproductive health across all stages of life, including period poverty, maternal health, menopause, and the link between hormones and mental well-being. Featuring everyday families and celebrity mothers like Sheryl Lee Ralph and Tabitha Brown, Me Period reveals the beauty and complexity of how we navigate conversations about our bodies.
