Brothers on Three: Bay Area Screening

Family, Friends, Teammates young and old, Opponents past, present, & future –

We are proud to host a special screening of the movie "Brothers on Three "(https://lnkd.in/gduHmE7A) on Wednesday, Jan 28, at St. Stephens Green in Mountain View – and we’d love to have you there.

This isn’t just a rugby film. It’s a story about brotherhood, leadership, loss, and the bonds that form when people choose to carry something bigger than themselves and any given game. The film follows Army West Point Rugby through a defining season and beyond – on the pitch, in service, and in life.

If you’ve ever:

  • Played rugby,

  • Loved a team that felt more like family,

  • Served – or known someone who did,

  • Or just appreciate a damn good story over a pint with friends of all types…

…this is a night, and a gathering, for you.

The Plan:

  • St. Stephen’s Green – Mountain View, CA – 223 Castro St, Mountain View, CA 94041

  • Wednesday, January 28, 2026 - 7:00 pm – arrive early for food, drink, and good company - 8:00 pm – movie starts with a 1:42 run time - Wrap up by 10:00 pm

To Attend:

  • $15 ticket – please pay Brian Schnack via PayPal or Venmo

  • Venmo: https://lnkd.in/gP3fQx4F

  • PayPal: https://lnkd.in/gf_DJsPd

  • Note we are paying for the screening in advance, so your payment is appreciated. We’re currently pre-booking for 20, but there’s room for up to 100 paid viewers. If you pay ahead of time – or at the door – you’re welcome to join and spend the evening with this big, tight, growing family of ours.

Food and drink are pay-your-own at one of the Bay Area’s classic Irish pubs – so come hungry, stay late.

Why come? This is a night to connect with people who believe teams matter and stories are meant to be shared face to face.

Expect familiar faces, new friends, and sharing a few tales that improve with each retelling.

Giving back: Before and after the film, we’ll also be accepting optional donations in honor of CW3 Steve Dwyer – a fallen father, husband, friend, and Army Rugby brother. Contributions will support the Dwyer Fire Gold Star Foundation, which serves families who have borne the cost of service. If this story moves you – as it has many of us – this is one small way to carry it forward: https://lnkd.in/girnyBVR

Your hosts:

  • Luke Heun – West Point Class of 2017, Army Rugby Captain (2016–17), Stanford GSB

  • Brian Schnack – Silicon Valley Rugby Football Club, NCRFU, Zingly.ai, former West Point Class of 1997 (DNC thanks to a few innocent “mis-deeds”)

Come for the film.Stay for the conversation.Leave reminded why brotherhood and family – in all its forms – never really ends.
