HYPER: The Stevie Hyper D Story

About the film

HYPER: The Stevie Hyper D Story tells the extraordinary story of one of jungle and drum & bass culture’s most influential MCs. Released in 2024 to critical acclaim, the film journeys through 90s London and the birth of a musical movement, led by Stevie’s nephew Darrell Austin alongside family, friends and some of the scene’s most important artists.

KEEP HYPER MOVING FORWARD

Every ticket purchased for this worldwide digital premiere supports HYPER’s future. As a completely independent production, we still need to fund outstanding music and rights clearances for wider international distribution and streaming. This premiere is our opportunity to get HYPER over the line.

Tickets are $9.99, with the option to contribute more. Any additional support goes directly towards our outstanding clearances.

Docs to Watch presents HYPER, in association with Kinema.
