About the space

event as part of Bro Ddyfi Food Festival

Alongside the festival marketplace, visitors will be able to enjoy an engaging programme of demonstrations, workshops and talks designed to deepen understanding of Welsh food production and inspire greater support for local producers.

Chef-led masterclasses will showcase seasonal Welsh ingredients, while curated tasting sessions and "Meet the Producer" events will offer opportunities to hear the stories behind the food and drink. Pop-up kitchens will serve dishes created using locally sourced ingredients, and tasting trails will encourage visitors to explore the rich diversity of products produced across the Dyfi Valley and wider Wales.

The festival will also shine a spotlight on the sustainability, resilience and heritage of the region's food system and the unique blend of food, landscape and culture celebrating the traditions, language and heritage that continue to shape the region today.
