Konsthall C is happy to present Eternal Song together with Eliott Edberg, as part of the program HökarArt, which invite local artists and cultural organisers for fruitful cultural collaborations. 

The evening will begin with a short ceremony and introduction to open our senses for deeper listening while watching The Eternal Song. After the screening, we will gather for a shared reflection – a space to feel, think and speak about how these stories concern us all, and how we can contribute to change.

The Eternal Song is a cinematic journey through timeless lands and their Indigenous cultures. Voices from around the world and across generations call us to witness the deep, ongoing scars of colonization on lands and peoples, and the healing that comes through ancestral wisdom. Entrusted with medicine stories, we grapple with colonial legacies, intergenerational trauma, our own fragmentation and culture of separation.

The film reveals how modernity severs our connection to nature, each other, and the ancestral realm, while feeding us empty promises of salvation, unlimited consumption and economic growth, and individual happiness. As we are drawn into the intricate web of kinship and honoring the living presence of Mother Earth, we awaken a remembrance. A sacred dance comes to life and we begin to hear the eternal song of Life itself, calling us back to belonging.

Konsthall C är ett offentligt konstverk, ett stadsförnyelseprojekt och en konstinstitution belägen i en före detta tvättstuga i Hökarängen. Sedan starten 2004 har vi arrangerat utställningar och evenemang med utgångspunkt i grannskapets historia och nutid, dess människor och miljö. De konstnärer som ställer ut kommer från hela världen, vilket har gjort institutionen till en viktig aktör i både nationella och internationella konstsammanhang.

Konsthall C:s nuvarande konstnärliga program heter 

, och leds av den konstnärliga ledaren Mariam Elnozahy. Programmet är tänkt som en omfattande serie av utställningar, samtal, performance, workshops och gemenskapsevenemang som undersöker möjligheten att använda Konsthall C som ett ”heligt rum”.

Sacred Spaces bjuder in alla slags heliga ritualer, religiösa handlingar, former av tillbedjan och existentiella frågor till Konsthall C.

Utöver det konstnärliga programmet finns också flera så kallade permanenta format som är återkommande inslag i institutionens verksamhet. Dessa inkluderar samarbetet

Konsthall C is a public artwork, an urban renewal project, and an art institution located in a former laundry in Hökarängen. Since its founding in 2004, we have organized exhibitions and events based on the neighborhood’s history and present, its people and environment. The exhibiting artists come from all over the world, which has made the institution an important player in both national and international art contexts.

Konsthall C’s current artistic program is called 

, led by artistic director Mariam Elnozahy. This program is envisioned as a widespread series of exhibitions, conversations, performances, workshops, and community events that examine the possibility of using Konsthall C as a “sacred space.” 

Sacred Spaces invites all kinds of sacred rituals, religious acts, forms of worship, and existential questioning into Konsthall C.

In addition to the artistic program, there are also several so-called permanent formats that are lasting features of the institution. These include the collaboration
