Terry is a legendary figure in Baja Mexico, an American veteran who has spent decades living on—and in—the water. Building upon and expanding the discussions initiated during COP30—particularly within its more restricted environments, the Blue Zone and Green Zone—the FREE ZONE Cultural Action, through the  CronoEcoLogical Arena, will establish a space dedicated to public engagement and in-depth collective dialogue on the summit’s core themes. THE FREE ZONE seeks to foster critical reflection on the urgent need for integrated and inclusive action to safeguard life on Earth. To this end, it will  leverage the transformative power of the arts and technology as eﬀective tools for raising awareness and promoting social and environmental responsibility.
