We’ll end the evening with a post-film community conversation featuring “Gather” cast members Twila and Samuel! The post-film discussion will be held via Zoom at this link, which we’ll also share during the film.
This film features discussion of trauma, and Common Sense Media suggest that viewing is best for those ages 13 and up.
About the film
A portrait of a growing movement amongst Indigenous Americans to reclaim their spiritual and cultural identities through obtaining sovereignty over their ancestral food systems, while battling against the historical trauma brought on by centuries of genocide.
