About the event

A must see for anyone interested in the Future of Fashion.

The Costume and Textile Association is screening Fashion Re-Imagined as part of the Norfolk Makers Festival. It will be followed by a discussion of the Environmental Impact of the Fashion Industry:

  • 10% of global CO2 emissions are caused by the textile industry.

  • It’s estimated that more than two tonnes of clothing are bought each minute in the UK, more than any other country in Europe.

  • Around 300,000 tonnes end up in household bins every year, destined for landfill or incineration.

What can we do to make a difference?
