About the event

Back for a 2nd screening, Mukunda Studio continues Movie Nights @ mukunda! to present Israelism and other thought-provoking films that are followed by community discussions. Mukunda Studio founder and owner Marc Morozumi is a mixed-race Japanese/Ashkenazi anti-Zionist Jew raised by a Jewish mom and Jewish step-dad in Cincinnati, OH. Having been raised with the Zionist narrative and a strong grip on the dominant western narrative, Marc didn't begin to deeply question the facts until about 15 years ago. Since October 7th, Marc has taken a deep-dive into understanding the occupation and imperative of Palestinian liberation which is intertwined with Jewish liberation.
