Taher Herzallah ​(He/Him) 

Candidate for Anoka County Commissioner, serves on the Parks and Recreation ​Commission, Ph.D. student and TA, Graduate Labor Union - UE Local ​1105.

Hassan Saffouri (He/Him) 

Hassan has been an IT professional, employment & immigration lawyer, business owner, brewer, and even a group exercise instructor. He has been active in the Democratic Party and was elected to this year’s National Convention as one of the 10 Uncommitted Delegates from Minnesota. Hassan and his wife have lived in their St. Paul home for the last twenty years, where they stay committed to bettering their community, and to working for peace throughout the world.

Joel Sipress (He/Him)

Professor of history at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. He grew up in a strongly Zionist environment and has written and spoken publicly about his journey away from Zionism. He also serves as chair of the 8th Senate District DFL Party in Duluth.

Samuel Doten (He/They)

DFL party leader and co-chair of Minnesota's Uncommitted delegation to the DNC. Sam works for a nonprofit that provides mental health care for queer and trans youth.
