How can we understand what has been happening both leading up to October 7th and since October 7th? How to understand the awful events that have unfolded since that day, understand what is happening especially with young people, and most especially young Jewish people who are playing such a prominent role in US protests? The film 

takes on the question through two young US American Jews who travel to Israel well before October 7 seeking a deeper understanding of the country they were raised to love.
