Did you know the U.S. Constitution is the only major constitution that does not explicitly protect gender equality and 

President Biden can close this equality gap

 by publishing our fully ratified 28th Amendment (Equal Rights)?

RATIFIED follows a multi-racial, multi-generational coalition of activists and politicians taking up the mantle of the 100 year struggle to enshrine the Equal Rights Amendment in the US Constitution by pushing Virginia to become the 38th and final state needed to ratify the ERA.

President Biden has very limited time to add the equity and equality this amendment would provide to all Americans, especially women and the LGBTQIA+ community, to our Constitution.

Congressional action is unrealistic (and a waste of time) and all 50 Senate Democrats have signed a letter calling on President Biden to publish.
