"Show Her the Money" Film Screening & Panel Discussion, hosted by the VC Club and Women of Rady, with support from the Sullivan Center, IGE, and the Basement. 

This feature-length documentary pulls back the curtain on the venture capital world, highlighting the challenges under-represented founders face in raising capital and why women receive less than 2% of VC funding. It also explores how we can change this situation.

We are also proud to have one of our own UCSD Rady alumnae, Dr. Silvia Mah, as an associate producer of the documentary, and one of the profiled entrepreneurs from the San Diego area.

Our mission is to demystify venture capital in an engaging story telling way to help you understand why women are getting only 2% of VC funding and how we can change that gender inequity. And why we would want to for the future good of the world.
