Black America Is… is an ongoing documentary series that celebrates and examines the formation of Black identity in the United States. The project explores people from varied socioeconomic and demographic backgrounds, including all ages, genders, and sexual identities, who self-identify as Black to define and redefine what it means to be Black in America.
