About the film

Life & Breath is a new award-winning documentary film that takes us inside of a Holotropic Breathwork session — a group therapeutic activity originally invented in the 1970’s as a way to access psychedelic states of consciousness without the ingestion of substances.

The film tells the story of an eclectic group of scholars and dreamers who come together at a farmhouse in Vermont to expand their minds and gain new insights into themselves — by just breathing in this supportive group setting.

Life & Breath is an inspiring film about the quest of self-discovery and the power within us all to change.
