 This community screening is being presented as part of CommunityHealth’s All In Chicago Event Series.  CommunityHealth’s All In™ thought leadership series convenes stakeholders, community leaders, and all Chicago residents to explore the remaining gaps in health care access, identify barriers in underserved communities, and discuss ways we can work together to overcome them. 

: Founded in 1993, CommunityHealth is the largest volunteer-based free health center in the nation. They provide primary and specialty care, medications, lab testing, mental health services, and health education at no charge to low-income, uninsured adults in Chicago. In an average year, we provide over 18,000 medical and dental visits, fill 30,000 prescriptions, and work with over 1,000 medical volunteers. 100% of our patients live in poverty. 

The Health Care Council of Chicago (HC3) is an action-oriented collaborative managed by Third Horizon Strategies bringing together leaders from across the health care ecosystem together to solve our city’s most important health-related issues. Serving as a collaborative platform to convene the city’s dynamic community of health care experts from all corners of the industry, we aim to strengthen and build a healthier Chicago.

The IMD has more than 29,000 employees, 50,000 daily visitors and generates $3.4 Billion in economic opportunity.
